Pulse Personnel Ltd was born out of frustrations with the recruitment industry, firstly the way in which some high street agencies deal with you and your personal property i.e. CV’s and secondly trying to find a position in recruitment.

Pulse Personnel is a totally independent agency and as such does not have the overheads that many others do, which means we can offer real value for money and therefore should not put any client companies off and on the flip side of this you are dealing with a smaller company that can genuinely care for you and your chosen career.

Anybody who deals with Pulse will see the personal service that we offer, bringing Sales Recruitment and Rec 2 Rec onto a different level in the South West, where we feel it should have been all along.

We believe that by dealing with like minded people, who are all sales/service people we can achieve our goals and all leave the table with a smile.

Pulse Personnel has one clear goal, to act as your agent not just once but maybe on many occasions should you feel the need to change employee(s) or employer. Recruitment should be personal, a career change is as important as moving house. All change can be stressful if you are doing it on your own.
