Sales Coordinator
Our client, a worldwide company, requires a German Speaking Inside Sales Coordinator based at their Taunton site.
Salary up to £21500 plus bonus The role would include:Taking responsibility for small & medium sized customers. Growing sales against targets. Proactively calling customers & prospects in Germany, UK and other EMEA countries to promote the product range, obtain enquiries, prepare quotations and close the deal on the phone
You will be expected to revisit all lost business to try and win back business, Taking necessary action to close business by liaising with internal commercial and manufacturing departments to satisfy customer needs.
You may also be required to assist team in responding to major tenders. Applicants will ideally be qualified to HNC or above in electro/ mechanical engineering and/or have gained sound technical experience in an electronic/engineering environment. Applicants will also need to have a proactive approach to identifying additional opportunities for growing new and existing small customers. It is essential that the applicant is fluent in the German language.You will need to have good communication skills, a consistent, conscientious approach, enjoy working as part of a team and have an enthusiasm for dealing with technical products. Those seeking to enter sales from a technical function or broaden their experience in a sales-related function would be considered. This is an internal role-selling sensor and measurement components into the SME market in Germany.
You will deal with Engineers and Procurement selling highly technical components.
You will be targeted to achieve £500k worth of revenue in year 1.
